Shipping & Returns   Free Mainand UK Delivery on all orders over £20.00

All orders with an order total above £20.00 will have the option of Free Shipping in the checkout area. You will need to be logged in to see the free delivery option appear.

The Free shipping option will only appear when your basket total is equal or above £20.00, select the free shipping  option and proceed to the checkout area to take advantage of this offer.

All Free shipping orders will normally be dispatched and delivered within 2 - 5 working days after your order has been placed.

Free shipping is avaiable on Livefoods and Frozen Foods, however this is at your own risk.

Postage & Packaging Costs will use a range of delivery methods to get your purchases to you. The price of shipping is dependant on weight unless otherwise specified. If you create an account all shipping costs are shown.

Delivery methods include DHL, Parcel Line, Royal Mail, & Specialist couriers for livestock.

Out Of Stock Items we attempt to keep a large range and quantity of stock available at all times.

However due to supplier out of stocks, shipping delays retail sales and also wholesale orders, some items may go out of stock. We aim to get your goods to you within 3 working days of payment, but should the above occour it could take upto 14 days.

Faulty Goods
Anything found to be unsatisfactory on arrival, must be reported back to us within 5 working days (1 Week). Exchanges or credit notes will then be issued. We cannot normally replace or exchange anything reported back to us after this period. (It does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.)
If for any reason you wish to return any item, please contact us prior to returning the item. All items that are returned that are not faulty will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% minus the cost of postage.
